Digital Safety Starter Program

This program includes device setup (up to 3 devices), secure account setup (up to 5 accounts), basic parental controls, screen time & content filtering setup, and light coaching for parents.

Why it matters:

Most devices and apps are wide open by default, leaving kids just one tap away from harmful content. This program closes those gaps and gives parents confidence that the basics are covered.

Whole Home Protection Program

This program includes everything in our Digital Safety Starter Program PLUS home network filtering setup, Wi-Fi level protection for all devices, smart TV / gaming console protection, and an optional VPN setup.

Why it matters:

Even if individual devices are secured, your home network can still leave gaps. This program creates a safer digital environment across your entire home so every device is protected automatically.

Advanced Protection & Monitoring Program

This program includes everything in our Whole Home Protection Program PLUS parental monitoring setup (texts, apps, alerts), password vault setup, identity protection guidance, and deeper family coaching.

Why it matters:

As kids grow and technology becomes more complex, risks like online predators, cyberbullying, and identity theft become harder to detect. This program provides deeper visibility and protection so families can stay one step ahead.

Digital Wellness Session

This one-off session includes a 1-hour guided family conversation, digital habits review, safety recommendations, and a Q&A session with the full family present.

As a new father, my passion for keeping families safe online and ensuring kids can maintain their innocence and enjoy their childhood has greatly intensified. With a background in both cybersecurity and data security and a heart for connection, it's my hope that Bright Haven Home's programs can bring peace of mind to parents, protection for children, and hope for families to grow closer in the midst of digital chaos.

What exactly does Bright Haven Home do?

We help parents create a safer digital environment for their family. That includes setting up device controls, filtering harmful content, limiting screen time, and offering ongoing support so your kids can enjoy tech safely.

I’m not tech-savvy. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. We specialize in helping busy, non-techy parents. We explain everything in plain English and do most of the setup for you—so you feel confident, not confused.

What happens after I book the free consultation?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link. During the session, we’ll get to know each other and determine if it's a good fit to partner together in your journey of protecting your family. If it's a good fit, we'll either book a Digital Wellness Session or determine which program works best for your family.

Do you work with schools or community groups?

We offer workshops, presentations, and partnerships with local organizations. Contact us for more info.

What devices can you help with?

We support phones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and home Wi-Fi routers. If it connects to the internet, we can help protect it.

My kids are older and tech-savvy. Will this still work?

Yes. Our solutions are built for all ages—from curious 5-year-olds to digital-native teens. We help you stay one step ahead and create healthy digital habits at any age.

What if I need help later?

That’s why we offer our Digital Wellness Sessions! You’ll get the support, including check-ins, tech tweaks, and assistance in facilitating meaningful conversations with your family.

Will my internet slow down or stop working?

No. We configure safety filters without affecting your internet speed or functionality. Most families don’t notice any difference in performance—just better peace of mind.

Can I customize what my kids can or can’t do?

Definitely. We’ll tailor controls to match your family values—whether you want to block specific apps, set bedtime rules, or just monitor usage.

Is my family’s data or privacy at risk?

Absolutely not. We never access your personal data. Our tools are built with privacy and security in mind. You're in control, and we’ll walk you through every setting.

What’s included in the free 30-minute consultation?

We’ll assess your current tech setup, understand your concerns, and provide personalized advice on making your home digitally safer. No obligation—just guidance from a parent-focused expert with a digital safety plan tailored to meet your family's needs.

How long does the setup take?

Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on your devices and needs. We schedule everything at a time that works for your family.

Do you sell any products or apps?

We don't create our own products/apps. We’re not here to push products. Our job is to help you use what you already have (phones, Wi-Fi, laptops) in a safer and smarter way.

How is this different from just using parental controls on my own?

We bring deep experience, expert tools, and time-saving guidance. Most parents spend hours trying to figure things out—then give up. We simplify everything and ensure it’s done right the first time.
